Jump into the world of sewing with this hands-on beginner class designed just for young makers! In this creative boot camp, students will learn how to thread and use a sewing machine, sew straight lines, measure fabric, and complete a fun beginner-friendly project .

Need a dedicated space to work on your sewing projects? Want a little guidance or just some time to sew alongside others? Open Sewing Studio is the perfect place for sewists of all levels to bring their current projects and get things done in a creative, supportive environment.
You’ll have access to a fully equipped sewing studio, including regular sewing machines, a serger, a coverstitch machine, and a variety of sewing tools and supplies. Experienced instructors are available to offer tips, answer questions, or help troubleshoot if you get stuck.
Whether you’re hemming pants, quilting, making garments, or just need some motivation, come sew with us and enjoy the energy of a shared creative space.

Grab your favorite fabric and get ready to stitch in style! In this fun four-week class, students ages 8–18 will create their very own cozy pajama pants and a matching t-shirt using beginner-friendly machine embroidery techniques. And if time allows, we’ll finish off the look with a cute coordinating bonnet! Participants must
complete sewing machine bootcamp to register.

Sewing & Socializing
Every Wednesday
10 am to 2 pm

Take a break from the daily grind and join us every Wednesday for Sewing & Socializing — a relaxed, welcoming class where creativity and community come together. Whether you’re just starting out or an experienced sewist, this is your time to unwind, work on simple sewing or quilting projects, and connect with others who share your love for making.

Each session may feature a group project, or you’re welcome to bring your own work-in-progress. It’s the perfect midweek reset: low-pressure, creative, and good for the soul. Enjoy great company, shared inspiration, and a few hours dedicated just to you and your craft.

Come for the stitching, stay for the support and laughter!

Whether you’re tackling a bucket list goal, rekindling a creative spark, or preparing to dive deeper into sewing projects at home, this boot camp will give you a strong foundation.

Bring your own machine or use one of ours – either way, you’ll leave with new skills and something you made with your own hands.
